2. The powder fluidization in the powder barrel adopts the high-pressure hot air discharged by the imported high-pressure fan as the fluidization gas to heat and fluidize the powder in the barrel. On the one hand, it saves compressed air (equivalent to saving a 5.5KW compressor), on the other hand, it effectively solves the problem of moisture in the powder.
3. The recovered powder goes through a recovery channel equipped with strong magnetism to remove iron impurities such as burrs produced by welding, and then enters the vibrating screen together with the new powder for screening to remove non-metallic impurities in the powder, and to clean the new powder. The agglomerates in the powder are crushed.
4. The recovery fan exhaust adopts 8 titanium alloy filter elements, which are durable, and each filter element is isolated with a protective tube.
