Time never stops. It comes from “Yesterday”and goes towards “Tomorrow”. Over the past 3 months from August to October, we have made continuous progress on cooperating with customers and improving service.
1.Building Win-Win Partnerships
We have forged strong partnerships with numerous financially sound companies across various industries including metal packaging, food manufacturing and paint production. To meet their specific requirements, our teams clarified details, developed tailored proposals and efficiently coordinated production upon confirmation. In order to build confidence, we invited customers to have an on-site or online tour to comprehensively showcased equipment’s performance and the quality of sample cans. After the demonstrations, customers highly praised our products and established partnerships with us.
2.Collecting Feedback and Improving Service
Customers’ feedback is crucial for guiding for our continuous service improvement and development. We have been proactively reaching out to our existing clients to ask for feedback of our machines since August. According to the feedback, most customers were satisfied with the product quality and service. As a result, several of them placed follow-up orders. All of these will strongly support our upcoming service enhancement and product updates.
3.Future Development Plan
Guided by customer input and market trends, we will adopt a strategy of “seeking progress while maintaining stability”. This means we will continue to provide high-quality service to our existing customers while expanding our market presence. We have launched the initiative in mid-October that sells finished metal cans which buyers need. After received can samples from the buyers, we will mass-produce them to meets their demands.
We will learn from experience by leveraging strengths and turning our weaknesses into opportunities. We will define our path forward and embrace the opportunities and challenges that the future holds.
